What is different with canusign

  • You pay per document. If you sign a few contracts a year, you pay for those and nothing else.
  • The recipient checks for themselves: they drop the PDF on the verification page and see whether it matches the stored version. For free checks, Signaturit’s own guide points to external tools.
  • Every document carries an RFC 3161 timestamp from DigiCert and an audit certificate at the end. The servers are in Frankfurt.

When Signaturit is the better fit

  • Teams that need batch sending or certified delivery: both are part of Business+.
  • Companies with several users who need team management and approvals. canusign does not build team management.

Simple electronic signature under eIDAS, valid where the law does not require a handwritten signature or notarisation.
