Signeasy sells plans per seat. Personal: $120 billed yearly for one user, 5 contracts sent for signature a month. Business: $240 billed yearly per seat, unlimited documents sent for signature. Business Pro: $360 billed yearly per seat. From 5 seats the price is set individually. There is a 14-day free trial, and the pricing page lists USD, CAD, GBP and EUR.

canusign: €1.49 per document, from €0.50 in the largest pack, Pro for €15 a month. No subscription needed, and signers need no account.

What is different with canusign

  • You pay per document. If you sign a few contracts a year, you pay for those and nothing else.
  • The recipient checks for themselves: they drop the PDF on the verification page and see whether it matches the stored version. The file never leaves the browser.
  • Every document carries an RFC 3161 timestamp from DigiCert and an audit certificate at the end. The servers are in Frankfurt.

When Signeasy is the better fit

  • People who send many documents every month from one seat: Business includes unlimited documents sent for signature at $240 a year.
  • Teams with several users who need team management, roles and approvals. canusign does not build team management.

Simple electronic signature under eIDAS, valid where the law does not require a handwritten signature or notarisation.

Can I keep using Signeasy for some documents?

Yes. Both work side by side; documents you already signed stay where they are.
